Hi, this is my first post. Mummy said I should have my own blog so here I am. My name, as you of course know, is Athena. It was my mummy's idea. She says it's because she has always loved that name and she wished she had been called that instead of Marie. She dreamed of giving it to her daughter one day, but as she hasn't got a human daughter, she gave me that name instead, I am of course her daughter too, just a feline one. I know she prefers cats to humans, anyway.
The idea of cat goddess is of course Mum's. She always calls me her little goddess, and let's face it, that's how she treats me, and I love it. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Here's me with Mummy back in July when I was a baby. It was taken during my first week with her. Look how happy she is. I love her so much. She had been having a hard time lately, so I'm so glad I have made her smile properly. A real smile reaches the eyes, and as you can she, she is smiling with hers and not just with her lips.

My young Protege, Elvira, told me about you, this morning!
I love your fun vidoes, & am glad to welcome you to the Cat Blogging Community!
I have been online since I was a Kitten, back in 1998, and been blogging since 2002, tho I shared a blog with Daddy until he got smart, and gave me my own place 2 years ago. ;-D
Daddy Kiril is a writer too, of sorts, and some think he's a bit nutty and eccentric, too, yet Elvira, & I love him to bits, as much as you do your Mom.
Like Elvira, & I, he writes poetry, and stories, reviews, and reports, and opinions on this nad that.
We ARE PJ Pundits, after all, the difference being that Elvira & I don't wear PJ's! :-D
