On this day 6 years ago I came to live with my mum in my forever home. I already blogged about this on our latest Caturday Art post so I would like to thank you all for your lovely comments there.

Happy Gotcha Day, gorgeous Athena! You and Bear Cat share more than your good looks. Bear was homeless and not in a shelter - but I fed him once - and he crawled in my lap like that was the only place he was meant to be. Your Mum and I got lucky - just speaking for myself, I don't think I'd be alive if Bear hadn't chosen me at just the right time. And your kitten pictures are adorable!
