Caturday Art: Oil Painting & Watercolour Mix

Happy Caturday!



We used Photoshop Elements 13 again for this photo art. Mum added both oil paint filter and watercolour filter to create this lovely effect (after tweaking it a bit to get it to her satisfaction). Then she added the frame from some other program but she can't remember which one. It's definitely one of the free online ones 😻


Simply edit photos of your pets or any animal using one of the many free photo editors available online - or any editing program you like. Enjoy creating and sharing your artsy pet photos. It's a great way to find new blogging friends and followers!
