1. A benefit of being vegan is saving animals, the planet and having great health (providing you eat well as there is a lot of vegan junk food out there (my downfall is vegan icecream)
2. Sometimes one needs to accept defeat and move on.
3. I’m most likely to become famous for rescuing animals!
4. Botox. fillers, any cosmetic surgery that is for vanity and for stopping ageing is a current trend that makes no sense to me. There is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully. Best to take care of yourself from the inside by eating healthy and exercising to keep fit. Yoga is great for keeping young!
ATHENA
1. A benefit of being a cat is everything!
2. Sometimes one needs to take a nap just to escape reality for a while.
3. I’m most likely to become famous for being the famous Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty. Hang on, I am that already!
4. Some so-called music is a current trend that makes no sense to me. Mum hates it and so do I.

Growing old gracefully is the most beautiful way to age. Athena, your #4 is also one I can get behind. One of my neighbors has a teenage son, and he likes to blast his music, and it's not pretty. Purrs!
