Happy Sunday!
Sorry that we haven't been around much this past week and sorry for missing Feline Friday, Friendly Fill-Ins and Pet Photo Fails.
Mum hasn't been feeling well. Truth be told I think she's suffering from Social Media Burnout and I've ordered her to take a rest. What is it with humans and their obsession with staring at screens, especially phone screens?
Surely it's bad for your health, both physically and mentally? Mum goes around squinting her eyes a lot to focus (she needs to get proper glasses) and as for her mental health, well, it's been affecting her really bad. Her anxiety is a lot worse, she is always busy, and then she has no time for me.
So, it's no Facebook (not that she's on that much), no Twitter and only Instagram to keep my fans updated on my life as a cat influencer for the next few days.
I doubt she will stick to that plan, though.
Hopefully, the blogging schedule will get back to normal by the end of next week.
Take care, everyone!

I agree, Athena, spending too much time on the computer is not good for anyone. I used to spend a lot of time on FB but hardly go there now. My hubby is always looking at FB using my account though, so people probably think it is still me!
I only visit blogs now to comment, and with so many fewer people posting it doesn't take as much time. I feel so much better not sitting endlessly at the PC.
You're a good teacher, Athena and a beautiful girl too. We gave up on Fb almost immediately, and Ig, only do a few likes when we have to wait somewhere and post a pictures a few times a week and focus only on the blog. It's all about choices, right? Well, tell your mom to take it easy...and especially... take your time😸Pawkisses for a Happy Sunday🐾😽💞
You are so smart, Athena, and we are so glad youj are there to take care of Mum. Please tell Mum to enjoy that time off, okay? XO
We all suffer from Social Media Burnout from time to time - tell your Mom she is a smart woman to know when to take a break. Have a great week beautiful Athena and Mom.
You sure look cute sweet Athena and do make sure your Mum follows your instructions.
I am glad you take such good care of your mum. I hope she feels better soon. XO
Sometime you need to step back. I did over Christmas because its summer here and Paul was off work. I felt stepping back was important.
One thing I discovered which was a help is Facebook's scheduling option for Instagram through Dash's page. I spend a couple of hours prepping pictures square and then post them (when I remember MOL!) It's a useful little option and helps keep me off IG for a long time.

Your human is a sweet, sensitive person, and social media is hard on a lot of humans! A break is always good.
Thank you all for your lovely comments. I have promised myself to take it easy (or easier) but I will visit your blogs over the next few days because Athena and I appreciate and love you all and we don't want to miss anything :)
Have a great week, everyone!
