1. Lately, I have done a lot of panicking. I panic all the time as an anxiety sufferer, but this is something else. I can't believe what is happening in the world right now. It feels like we're in a sci-fi horror movie.
2. My eyebrows are going grey. My hair is already grey but now I've noticed my eyebrows going the same way. My dad went grey at a very young age so it's hereditary, though I'm not that young!
3. I can’t help but worry.
4. When I meet a stranger, I get nervous and never know what to say.

I am so sorry that these times are causing more anxiety for you. That is one of the bad things about the masses in general being in a panic. It just makes it that much worse for those that already suffer from anxiety issues. Panic breeds panic and it just makes everything worse all around. I hope you're going to be okay.

this is such a scary time, I hope Athena helps keep you calm.
Definitely unsettled times of late. Turning off the news helps. Good music, good book, cuddly kitty, and keeping yourself safe by limiting contact with others. Hopefully we'll have a better handle on all of this in a few weeks.

I have started to get quite a few white hairs in my eyebrows. The strange thing is though, I am almost 69 and never dyed my hair, but only have a small patch of grey on either side of my face. I think it has all been saved up for my eyebrows!

I've noticed quite a few new gray hairs lately too. Maybe I'll be as beautiful as my two silver haired Persians.

Love the flashback! TW has been panicking a lot since she's in the high-risk group. Pop is just the opposite. Just like a guy, he just doesn't care that he's risking both her life and his. In a New York minute, we're gonna see every human's real hair color since they closed all the hair salons in the US.
