Today's mewsic theme, chosen by September's 4M honorable co-hostess Cathy, is songs about neighbours or sons.
This was a hard one but Mum got there in the end. She chose four great songs from four of the top artists of all time. Mum is a fan of them all and I must say I like them too now that I've heard them!

WOW! You really picked out some GREAT TUNES! Loved them all, and thanks for saving me a dance! `hehehe` Also, thanks for joining us. Today there isn't too many people up and about, but as it gets chillier my rock & rollers will be out and about & rockin' & a rollin' Have a great day & be safe! Hugs!
Nice set! Your song choice by Elvis got me to wondering if The King had other children. While there are reports of illegitimate kids, none of have been proven thus far. What I found in my search is the sad news of Lisa Marie's only son's death in July from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was only 27. What a pity! I enjoyed Eric Clapton's "Circus Left Town". I recognize the song title but I think this is the first time I've listened to it. Have a boogietastic day. Stay safe and well, my dear!
Nice selection. Hey Jude is a fav of my early adult years and Beautiful Boy has some bittersweet lyrics, knowing that Lennon would die not long after this song was released, if I remember correctly. And Eric Clapton, losing a son as he did so tragically and yet being able to sing this song about the last night he spent with his son - again, well done.
Pawsome songs. Patti Smith wrote the song "Jackson's Song" for her son when he was born. It's such a sweet and touching song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OVnNePQPsQ
