1. The best gift I have ever given is the gift of love to my furbabies.

2. Last night, I felt anxious and ate too much. I went to bed bloated and feeling guilty. Since giving up the booze I find myself wanting to eat more - mostly craving something sweet. 

3. Knowing that there are humans in the world doing great things for animals brings me joy today.

4. My favorite holiday memory is sharing Christmas with my soulmate furbabies.

ATHENA

1. The best gift I have ever given is love to my mum. 

2. Last night, I slept under the bed for a while because it was cold and it feels warm down there because of the radiator pipes under the floor. I then jumped on the bed to sleep with Mum as I always do.

3. Eating and napping with Mum brings me joy today.

4. My favorite holiday memory is being loved by my mum.
