This is indeed a nice shot of me and we love the reflection of the indoor window shutters in the glass.
However, I'm not actually gazing out that window in this shot but what you see here is that I've turned around to flick my gaze out the patio door which is at the other end of our living room. I am of course looking to see if there's some decent birdie TV on.
